Return & Refund Policy

At Ratan Shree Jewellers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery – no questions asked, provided the conditions below are met.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required

🎥 Mandatory Unpacking Video

For your protection and ours:

  • A 360° unboxing video (from start to finish, no cuts/edits) is mandatory for claims related to missing product or empty parcel.

  • Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at jewellersratanshree2004@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive confirmation.

  3. Ship the product back to us.

    • Return shipping charge: ₹100 (deducted from refund).

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method only.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval.

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after approval.

👉 Please note: Banks/credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you want another product, kindly place a new order once your refund is processed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Damaged, broken, or tampered products

  • Customized or engraved jewellery

  • Gift cards and sale items
