At Ratan Shree Jewellers, we aim to deliver your jewellery safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below:

📦 Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customized or engraved products (if applicable) may take longer, and timelines will be communicated before dispatch.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days depending on your pincode and courier service availability.

  • Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days.

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is FREE for all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹50 COD handling charge applies.

  • Return shipping (for refunds) will be charged at ₹100, deducted from the refund amount.

🎥 Mandatory Unpacking Video

For your protection and to ensure smooth claim processing:

  • A 360° unboxing video (from the moment of opening the parcel, without cuts or edits) is mandatory in case of claims for missing products, empty parcels, or damage during transit.

  • Claims without a valid unpacking video will not be accepted.

🛡️ Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at jewellersratanshree2004@gmail.com with supporting video and images.

  • We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund (as per our Return Policy).

❌ Undeliverable Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
